The Ryvita Bikini Fit Challenge is simple. Eat two topped Ryvita Crispbreads for breakfast and lunch each day, along with a nutritionally balanced evening meal, for two weeks. Snacks are also included (to a maximum of 100 calories each). All you need to do is follow the plan.

It's that easy. And to make it even easier, we've put together a Challenge kit to help you through it. Follow our plan and you should notice a difference within two weeks.

The plan was developed with a leading nutritionist and tested amongst 40 people, 70% of whom said they found the challenge enjoyable.

To get started, simply download the kit below. The kit will give you a plan of Ryvita Crispbread toppings for breakfast and lunch, alongside recommendations for evening meals and snacks. You'll also find ways to get started, keep motivated and fun ways to get others involved in the challenge with you.

Despite being called a challenge, we hope it will feel anything but that.

Before you take the challenge

Anyone who is over 18 and has a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 25 can take part. Find out your BMI through the BMI calculator. The Bikini Fit Challenge is designed to help you kick-start a healthier lifestyle but is only to be used for two weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to talk to your doctor.
